Day 60

HAPPY MARCH!!!! If you are counting down, that's exactly 12 more days until my birthday. I like to pretend we make a big deal about birthdays in this family but we really don't. I never really have. I did order a Kindle last night. Mike said he was going to get me one for my birthday and in true Danielle fashion, I spoiled his surprise. Sorry Mike.
So, my phone just rang. It was a number it didn't recognize so I let the answering machine pick it up. The lady on the other end started to leave a message and I realized it was a call I wanted to take. I place an order at jackbenatural.com for some nighttime Kawaii's and some Crunchy Clean last Friday. I knew the diapers wouldn't be here since they are a pre-order but I was running out of Crunchy Clean samples that I had gotten from jackbenatural.com with my previous orders. I emailed them asking if I could have the detergent shipped separately. I would even pay to get it to me since I needed it so bad. I expected an email back possibly granting my request, possibly not. Well, one of the owners, Stacy, called me at 7:30 to tell me that they would ship out my detergent tonight. How awesome is that?!?! That is fantastic customer service. She could have very well told me that it wasn't possible and I would have sucked it up and waited for my order, but I didn't have to do that. I love doing business with smaller companies.
