Day 126

So first off, Nate slept until 8:30 this morning. Whoa! So after he finally woke up and ate his breakfast I put him down to play and I sat down to catch up on my current events (see FB news feed). Randomly there was a knock at my door. So I crept into the other room to try and see who it was (we get a lot of solicitors in our neighborhood). I saw a really creepy looking work truck parked out front and squinted to see the writing. To my surprise it said flower shop. Ooops! In all my glory I opened the door and thanked the man who had been standing at my door for way too long as he handed me a vase of flowers. I brought them inside and read the very sweet card from my parents. My first official Mother's Day gift.
Funny side note:
I am in the process of writing this blog and my fav UPS guy comes in the culdesac. Mike made a joke about him being here but I knew I had nothing scheduled to be delivered. He stopped at a neighbors house and delivered a package. He then drove and parked outside our house. Now, I'm confused. He walks up to the door with a rather large box, wishes me a Happy Mother's Day then walks away. It's a box of flowers from Mike, my Nin's and Brother Bails.
